We officially start our journey and introduce ourselves to local organizations.

Meeting with Chief Keith Knott of Curve Lake First Nation with Megan Murphy and Mary Smith to introduce ourselves and the project's intentions.

Visit of Chris Nikkel, documentary filmmaker, learning of preparations regarding the 200th-anniversary of the Peter Robinson Emigration.

We meet with Mae Whetung a member of Curve Lake First Nation and Trent Valley Archives volunteer.

We meet with Mayor Jeff Leal (City of Peterborough) to discuss the Nine Ships project.

We meet with Ken Armstrong, Chair of the Homecoming '75 150th Anniversary Committee to discuss the Nine Ships project and talk about their experiences.
