Details: Presented by Nine Ships 1825 Inc. and Traill College, this discussion will examine the context and impact of the unique Peter Robinson migration experiment on the Irish and First Nations communities as both adjusted to the many challenges of their new circumstances. The evening, moderated by Dr. Michael Eamon (Principalof Catharine Parr Trail College, Trent University) will provide perspective and research from Jack Hoggarth (Associate Professor, Trent University) and Dr. Mark McGowan (St. Michael’s College, University of Toronto).
